Order Picker/Packer

WeatherTech Direct is seeking well-qualified Order Pickers/Packers to pick, package, and restock various products . Open positions are on 2nd Shift.

2nd Shift Times: 2:00-10:30pm

• The hourly rate of pay is $19.50 per hour which includes a $1.00 - 2nd shift differential

As an Order Picker/Packer, you will

• Pick orders by reading pick tickets (BOLs) and move product to the shipping area by operating an RF Scanner
• Package various products to order specifications
• Work as part of a team to ensure efficiency when processing orders
• Train new and existing team members on different functions of the production area to ensure all can perform each task properly; share knowledge and best practices to help aid efficiency and productivity
• Follow all safety and company procedures while performing work duties
• Perform other duties as assigned, both within and outside of the department

Qualified Candidates will

• Have a minimum of 6 months related work experience
• Have experience using an RF Scanner
• Be able to read and understand verbal and written work orders/instructions
• Have a high degree of attention required to prevent accidents and injuries
• Be dependable, with an excellent attendance record
• Have the ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be flexible to work weekends and overtime, as required
• Be fluent in English and authorized to work in the United States
