The Role

This role helps the Burke Accounting Team in these key areas:

Accounts Receivable:

• Daily customer invoicing
• Review and accurately bill for freight and sales tax when applicable
• Communication to customers regarding timely payments
• Daily cash payment receipting and reconciling
• Monthly statements

General:

• Organization and filing
• Assist team with month end and annual audit of accounting records

Qualifications That Move Us!

• Obtained or pursuing an associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, possesses exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and is a team player with good verbal communication skills
• Possesses a high-level understanding of Math and Accounting principles
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
