Accounts Receivable Specialist I Location Carrollton, TX | Onsite Compensation & Schedule Pay : $18.17/hr Shift : 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday Length : Approximately 4 months ROLE IMPACT The AR Specialist I plays a vital role in maintaining financial accuracy through payment application, billing reconciliation, and dispute resolution. This position supports client satisfaction and internal reporting by ensuring AR functions are performed efficiently and thoroughly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform customer payment analysis and reconcile accounts for B2B and B2G transactions Address payment discrepancies by initiating and tracking dispute resolutions Collaborate with internal departments and customers to resolve billing and return issues Assist in generating AR-related reports for internal and external stakeholders Support new team members through training and systems guidance MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of accounts receivable or collections experience 3+ years in B2B or B2G payment reconciliation and dispute management Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical, math, and reconciliation capabilities CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS SAP SAP FSCM & SAP Disputes Salesforce Microsoft Excel General Accounting Software PREFERRED SKILLS Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication Familiarity with credit, return, and collections operations By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
