Job Description

Our client is seeking an Administrative Support Clerk to join their team. As an Administrative Support Clerk, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Local Tax and Compliance team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Support Clerk

Location:  Lake Mary, FL (On-site, hybrid schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

What's the Job?

• Assist in resolving inquiries from tax agencies concerning local withholding taxes.
• Analyze local tax data and collaborate with finance teams to ensure timely resolution of tax issues.
• Maintain synchronization between internal systems and third-party providers.
• Support processing of Cash Settled Stock Payouts and requests for corrected W-2 forms (W-2C).
• Manage and complete Monthly EVS Reporting activities.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
• Three or more years of relevant experience with multi-state and local taxes.
• Experience working with state and local jurisdictions for tax account updates.
• Proficiency navigating third-party tax applications such as ADP, CIC+.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
