Your responsibilities as a Maintenance Mechanic II include:

• Installing, diagnosing, repairing, wiring, and maintaining electrical and electronic equipment critical to production and facilities operations.
• Leveraging diagrams and schematics to address and resolve equipment issues effectively.
• Managing preventive maintenance schedules and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements for this role:

• A High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing maintenance role.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electronic CNC machinery controls.
• Competence with computers for email communication, parts searching, and maintenance troubleshooting online.

Work Environment Considerations:

• Standing for up to 8 hours, with standard breaks.
• Capable of lifting equipment up to 35 lbs.
• Working with chemicals and machinery of various heights and platforms.

Additional Requirements:

This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services. U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required. Any offer of employment is contingent upon Pall obtaining the necessary employment visa and export authorization, including, if required, an export license from the applicable U.S. government agency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• An electronics trade school degree or prior experience in electrical repair and wiring.

Skills you’ll demonstrate:

• Expertise in Equipment Troubleshooting and Mechanical Troubleshooting
• Advanced Troubleshooting Skills, specifically with CNC Machines
• Experience within a Manufacturing Environment
