We cover airfare and lodging (shared hotel rooms). You’ll work outdoors, on your feet, six days a week. It’s hard work, but you’ll see the country, meet good people, and earn while doing something meaningful.

The Work
This is high-energy, hands-on field work talking directly with voters. You’ll represent real causes and collect signatures that help put issues on the ballot.
Our best people come from all kinds of backgrounds. What matters here is grit, reliability, and results. Success is measured in valid signatures per day — not effort, not titles, but production. If you can hit the numbers and follow the rules, you’ll do well here. You’ll also be living and working closely with your team, so pull your weight, keep a sense of humor, and respect the people around you.
Requirements
• Willingness to travel for one to three months at a time
• Comfortable sharing a room with a teammate
• Comfortable working outside in all weather
• Able to stand and walk for a full workday
• Valid government ID and ability to pass a background check, in accordance with local laws and regulations
• Reliable cell phone
• Team leaders must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driving record
• This is a performance-based environment. If you can’t get valid signatures, this isn’t the job for you.
