We serve the areas we know, and we are now hiring an Escrow & Title Sales Leader for the Greater Chicago Market in a growth-potential position. Our ideal candidate is confident, tech-savvy, able to work independently, and ambitious. Our Sales Leader possesses extensive knowledge of the industry and the Greater Chicago Market, bringing with them a strong network of industry contacts including lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, developers and commercial lenders, along with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas in a highly competitive market.

Primary Responsibilities Include :

  • Develop and implement an agreed-upon Business Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the market area assigned
  • Promote and sell closing and title insurance services to clients within the Chicago area
  • Work within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values
  • Cultivate a pipeline of prospects, ensuring a steady flow of leads at various sales process stages
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, and other key professionals
  • Create and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Conduct market research to identify target segments and tailor your approach accordingly
  • Conduct sales meetings with prospective realtors, attorneys, lenders, and investor clients
  • Collaborate with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and attorneys to educate them about the services and products offered
  • Conduct Training sessions and educational programs
  • Attend industry events, conferences, trade shows, conventions, seminars, and functions to expand your professional network
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes
  • Stay informed about customer and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as escrow officers, title agents, managers, and legal professionals) to ensure the seamless processing of client applications and transactions
  • Promptly submit complete and accurate title orders
  • Assist clients through the closing process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transaction details
  • Prepare reports to monitor progress

Requirements

Successful Candidates Must Have :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of sales experience in a related industry
  • Advanced technical skills (MS Office Applications, CRM)
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background check
