We are currently seeking an Apartment HVAC EPA Certified Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders, performing work orders on air conditioners and heater, and all other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Ideal candidate will have experience with basic electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall and painting.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Complete apartment unit turns to make ready status

​ Qualifications:

• Must have an EPA Universal Certification
• Dependability and integrity, attendance is an imperative job function
• Previous experience in apartment maintenance and ability to complete work without seeking outside contractors
• Physical ability to climb ladders and stairs, ability to bend, reach and move and lift 50 lbs
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
