The Role We are seeking an inspiring Area Manager Chicago reporting into the Regional VP to oversee two of our boutiques and lead a talented team of approximately 10 people. You will take full ownership of team leadership, client experience, and sales performance across your stores. Act as a brand ambassador , representing the values and heritage of the house with passion and authenticity. Coach and develop a team of approximately 10 people, fostering individual growth and collective excellence . Drive performance and operational excellence across two Chicago stores. Cultivate a culture of clienteling and emotional connection with our customers. Partner with the Regional VP and HQ to implement strategies, share insights, and contribute to the brand’s continued success.
