This position reports to
Production Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the unit in achieving the set production targets by adhering to the systems and processes. Each day, you will use machinery and equipment on the shop floor. You will also showcase your expertise by reading and interpreting the technical diagrams/instructions for assembly of products/systems/panels. The work model for the role is: onsite #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion division in the US. You will be mainly accountable for: •Conducting all types of assembly work to produce semi-finished or final products/systems/panels, including the packing where integrated with production lines. •Performing work manually or by using light hand tools. •Carrying out regular quality testing as part of a defined production process. •Operating within standard operating procedures and maintaining a clean work area.
Qualifications for the role
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Six months of related manufacturing / shop floor assembly experience required.

- Ability to read and comprehend English assembly instructions, assembly drawings, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate one on one with other employees of the organization.
- Requires the use of ESD equipment and ESD safety shoes, and safety glasses according to the work being performed.
