Location : West Sacramento, CA

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 5AM-1:30PM + Overtime

About the Role :

Our client, a Manufacturing Plant is looking for  Assemblers to join our team in West Sacramento. You will work closely with other team members to install screen mesh into window frames and sequence orders efficiently.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Follow all safety procedures and notify supervisors of any safety issues.
• Read build instructions on computer monitors to ensure correct material specifications (length, type, and color).
• Cross-train in neighboring positions for skill development.
• Verify size, color, customer requirements, and hardware configuration based on the labeling system.
• Apply labels and secure window frames to the rolling table for proper screen application.
• Inspect frames throughout the process for defects.
• Use hand tools, including rollers, knives, pneumatic tools, and tape measures, to secure cloth and accessories to the frame.
• Sequence finished products into shipping carts or pallets.
• Follow standard operating procedures and suggest improvements.
• Meet or exceed production standards.
• Cooperate with team members and participate as a team player.

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, including tape measures, air drills, pneumatic tools, and fixed saws.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong focus and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime or additional shifts.
• Commitment to following all safety guidelines.
