Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Controller to join a growing organization in a leadership capacity. This is a newly created role with a clear path for advancement to senior financial leadership.
You will oversee core accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance, while providing strategic insight to support business decisions. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership and influence the future direction of the finance function. This role will be fully onsite 5 days a week in Norcross.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close
• Prepare and review financial statements and budgets
• Manage payroll, AP/AR, and tax coordination with external partners
• Implement and maintain accounting policies and controls
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior leadership
• Mentor and manage a small team within accounting and HR

 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to think strategically and act as a trusted advisor
