Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year
A bit about us: A mid-sized law firm is seeking a motivated Corporate/Transactional Attorney with 3–5 years of lateral experience to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse mix of sophisticated matters including general corporate law, contracts, and M&A transactions.
