Dent Wizard is seeking a Lead Automotive Detailer to join our team in Bluffton, SC. If you’re passionate about cars, have an eye for detail, and enjoy leading a team, this is your chance to shine! We offer competitive pay, full benefits, and a clear path for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact at the work location.

• Provide quality control for all services and consolidate technician work into one invoice.

• Coach and mentor other technicians.

• Clean and refurbish vehicles to meet Dent Wizard’s high standards.

• Perform thorough exterior cleaning, washing, waxing, and polishing.

• Clean and detail interiors including upholstery, carpets, and windows.

• Apply protective finishes and inspect vehicles for defects.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies.

• Deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry.

• 2+Automotive detailing experience required

• Strong attention to detail and time management.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.

• Manual dexterity for handling tools and equipment.

• Work in various environments including shops and outdoors.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
