Responsibilities:
- Greet families and manage patient check-in/check-out
- Answer phones and assist families in both English and Spanish
- Schedule appointments and verify insurance
- Support billing, documentation, and general office tasks
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
