Job Description

Award winning State Farm Insurance agency in Brentwood, MO is looking for driven, highly competitive, and energetic individual interested in taking their income and career to the next level! Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Required Skills

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Insurance experience is preferred but will consider a candidate that is a self-starter and can work independently with minimal assistance.
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer

Required licensing:

  • Property and Casualty license (must have or be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must have or be able to obtain)
