Lubricant Sales Specialist, known internally as a
Blended Oil Specialist , focuses on developing and executing strategic sales targets for Performance Plus Lubricants. Identify and cultivate relationships with existing customers with focus in lubricants sales, as well as proactively pursuing new business opportunities by targeting potential customers in the lubricants market.

Responsibilities - Drive new and profitable business through cold calling, networking, internal and external leads, existing customers and other associated methods.
- Prepare sales plans and forecasts, monitor and track plans to ensure sales quota is met and/or exceeded.
- Develop and propose customer solutions utilizing CH's vast product and service offerings.
- CRM for activity management and growth initiatives
- Prepare information for customer specific requests, including role and scope of job, including margins and overall profitability.
- Weekly travel is required, with overnight travel as required.
- Provide technical expertise on Performance Plus Products, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct product presentations and training to customers to showcase the benefits of Performance Plus Products.
Qualifications - Ability to bridge cross functional boundaries within an organization, ability to make decisions in an adverse situation.
- Lubricant background highly preferred
- Strong business acumen, strong computer skills (MS Office), time management and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, prior experience using CRM software tools and reporting.
- 5+ years business to business sales experience
- Results Driven; Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
