Clinical Supervisor Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Description
My Team ABA is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor, passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of autistic individuals. Compensation: $80,000-$95,000 per year

Here's what we need from you for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) clinical supervisor :
Masters degree in ABA or related field.
BCBA certification.
2+ year experience in ABA working with children 0-21 (for newly certified BCBAs this can include time working as an RBT).
Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments, identifying goals, designing plans, implementing strategies, and monitoring progress preferred.
Experience supervising RBTs and providing caregiver training preferred.
Supervise a small group of BCBAs and LBS' with individual, group and observation supervision sessions.
Review treatment plans and FBA's, provide feedback to the supervisees whose plans have been reviewed.
Provide clinical and operational feedback to supervisees
Assist staff hiring, training and evaluations
Coordinate care with families, school and other professionals
Ensure compliance with insurance guidelines and ABA regulations
Support quality assurance audits and clinical performance evaluations
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Dependable, consistent, reliable, trustworthy, and professional.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Have reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements for Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) clinical supervisor:
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Able to perform activities that require fine and gross motor skills: bend, kneel, squat, sit on floor level or in a chair, or stand for periods of time while working with clients.
Able to respond quickly over short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of clients.
Able and willing to work in both indoor and outdoor settings.
