Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled, onsite bookkeeper to join our team! Our ideal candidate has experience with bookkeeping in an accounting office and is well versed in desktop and online QuickBooks, the preparation of sales tax and payroll, bank/credit card reconciliations. Applicants must be a driven, focused, dynamic individual with 5+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Capable of preserving confidential or sensitive information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective time management, organization, multitasking and self-accountability
• Strong customer service skills to interact with prospects and clients
• Strong interpersonal skills for staff communications and teamwork
• Must be proficient in QuickBooks Online and Desktop version, and Office 365

Responsibilities

• Data entry of financial transactions for multiple clients
• Prepares compiled financial statements including adjusting journal entries, trial balance and bank reconciliation
• Process client payroll and sales tax
• Provide office support
• Other responsibilities as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• QuickBooks: 5 years (Preferred)
• Bookkeeping: 5 years (Preferred)
