Job Description
Excal is seeking a detail oriented full service bookkeeper to join our team.
Responsibilities : processing hourly weekly payroll, quarterly payroll tax preparation, A/R, A/P, and other general bookkeeping duties. Work with Controller to facilitate timely month end closing process.
Qualifications: Previous bookkeeping experience a must. Accounting related degree a plus. Proficiency in accounting software (Sage), ERP software, and Microsoft office suite . Must be willing to work at least one weekend per month.
