One of our clients in the Raleigh area is looking for a Business Analyst to add onto their team. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with a dedicated team to understand and translate user requirements into actionable business solutions. The Business Analyst will be involved in engaging with both customers and business stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met while working alongside our technical team.

Utilizing strong understanding of SQL, the Business Analyst will analyze data and provide insights that meet customer needs. Additionally, the Business Analyst will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and effective interactions, while providing personable and professional customer service to build strong relationships.
Pay Rate: $35-$40
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
