You will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members!\n\nThe ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:\n • Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers and Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.\n • Have current North Dakota CMA license.\n • Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction\n • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent\n • Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification\n • Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment\n • Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care\n • Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality\n • Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors.\n\n\nBenefits:\nTouchmark is dedicated to providing the best for our residents, and it all begins with providing the best for our employees.
