About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission to create phone-free spaces that foster genuine connection, focus, and creativity. The successful candidate will be a highly organized strategic thinker with a strong understanding of business operating principles, thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Key responsibilities include executive prioritization, serving as a leadership proxy, and driving strategic planning and execution. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in operational alignment, project management, and team leadership, ensuring that the executive team is focused on high-impact areas and that the company's values are upheld. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years' experience in a business operations or strategic support role. The role requires a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects, as well as exceptional organizational, communication, and emotional intelligence skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at influencing without authority, have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and be proficient in business tools and software. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent training is preferred. The Chief of Staff will be a trusted partner to the CEO, with a deep commitment to the company's mission and a focus on making a meaningful impact.
