About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Executive Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing the daily operations of the Fund, ensuring the compliance of administrative functions with relevant regulations, and serving as the Fund's EEO Officer. This role also involves acting as a liaison with oversight agencies and external stakeholders, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and overseeing the resolution of labor performance issues. The Chief of Staff will be instrumental in the Fund's general services, including office space management, staff and resource allocation, and leading repair and rehabilitation projects. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a minimum of 60 college credits from an accredited institution, with at least 5 years of professional experience in executive, managerial, administrative, or supervisory roles related to business, finance, or pensions. The role requires strong management, leadership, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, assertive, and capable of handling multiple tasks with attention to detail and discretion. The Chief of Staff will also be expected to work under pressure and be adept at problem-solving and decision-making.
