The successful candidate will serve as a right-hand partner to the CEO and executive team, driving operational efficiency, overseeing key initiatives, and ensuring seamless communication across the organization. This role demands a dynamic leader with a minimum of 6 years' experience in strategy, consulting, product, program management, or a similar leadership role, who can anticipate challenges, foster cross-functional collaboration, and execute high-impact projects that align with the company's goals. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, project management, operational excellence, stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and decision support, as well as fostering a culture of collaboration and driving alignment across different teams.
