[ Duties ]

• Interior and exterior metal stud framing, trim work, millwork and cabinets, demo, tile repairs, acoustical ceilings, concrete, drywall hanging and finishing, painting, etc.
• Perform all commercial carpentry work: 50% ground up, 50% renovations / build-outs / add-ons
• Organize project work by reading blueprints and assessing job specifications to determine optimal plans

[ Requirements ]

• 5+ years of Commercial Carpentry experience
• Must be proficient with reading blueprints
• Must have a valid driver's license

[ Details ]

• $28 - $30 an hour
• Bonus opportunities, 401(k) matching, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Paid vacation and sick days
• Most projects are local (roughly 95%) but some overnight travel may be occasionally required
