Overview Employer Industry: Healthcare Services Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $268,800 per year Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, and tuition reimbursement Paid time off plus holidays Flexible work approach with options for remote, hybrid, field, or office schedules Opportunity to play a key role in compliance management for a large healthcare organization What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Oversee the accurate and timely submission of all CMS Medicare SNP requirements Serve as senior leadership and single point of contact in all State compliance meetings and interactions Manage direct correspondence and daily interactions with all state regulators Conduct internal compliance audits and develop corrective action plans Accountable for the management and oversight of compliance for all health plan material subcontractors What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred 7+ years of compliance program management and contract experience with State Medicaid programs 5-7 years of experience with healthcare regulatory agencies in the development of compliance and fraud programs 5+ years of experience overseeing the implementation of contract requirements Strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulatory requirements How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience with audit processes and compliance functions in a healthcare setting Proven ability to manage relationships with state regulators and compliance agencies Familiarity with Enterprise Risk Management processes Strong written and verbal communication skills #HealthcareServices #ComplianceManagement #CareerOpportunity #CompetitivePay #FlexibleWork We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
