A prestigious Am Law 50 firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level Corporate Associate to join its Washington, D.C. office, with a primary focus on M&A and Private Equity transactions. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and current experience at a large law firm, particularly representing private equity sponsors. Responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements, and other transaction-related documents.
The ideal candidate will have a J.D. earned between 2018 and 2023 and should demonstrate strong drafting, writing, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
