The Credentialing Specialist position ensures timely submission for provider insurance enrollment for credentialing applications and re-credentialing according to The Remedy Mental Health's payor contracts.


  • Coordinate with providers the completion of credentialing enrollment packets for submission to state, federal, and commercial payors.
  • Guarantee accuracy and validity of provider credentials, including state licensure, Federal DEA, Malpractice information, hospital affiliations, education and training.
  • Create and manage accurate and current healthcare provider Credentialing files.
  • Maintain a detailed re-credentialing schedule that ensures continued provider participation with state, federal, and commercial payors.
  • Work directly with leadership to provide guidance and information on provider credentialing.
  • Assists with all other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent and at least two years of related experience required. Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Must be self-starting and can organize, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
Job Type:
  • Full-Time: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 40 hours per week
  • Location: Vadnais Heights, MN
