JOB SUMMARY
The Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) Application Specialist performs application management, administration/configuration, query creation, dashboard setup, report analysis/generation, data input, and end-user support/training. This role has the responsibility for logging and troubleshooting daily requests/issues, configuring and documenting enhancements, providing technical review for proposed enhancements, and training regional users as needed. In addition, project support both local and global may be required.

REPORTING STRUCTURE
The Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) Application Specialist is part of the Sales division and reports up to the Americas Sales Organization. This position bears full responsibility for all agreed upon goals and objectives. This position is located in Danbury, CT.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement and maintain Belimo's Microsoft Dynamics CRM system configuration, maintenance, data maintenance (i.e. duplicate cleanup, poor formatting, etc.), documentation, reporting, and system integration.
Team up with new users to promote CRM usage within the organization.
Analyze and troubleshoot problems and drive corrective actions to closure which may include testing and training.
Act as the liaison between the Global CRM team and the Americas (North America and South America) key users to support any new enhancements including testing, rollout, and training.
Create new end-user display layouts, dashboards, and applicable CRM sales reports.
Provide system training, coaching and best practice exchange between Americas headquarters and the identified CRM key users.
Provide basic day-to-day support to all users including, but not limited to, data administration and data input with the focus on data integrity.
Generation, update, and communication of the regional CRM input specification.
Act as the primary Americas Change Board Representative, coordinate all requests and new initiatives, and communicate applicable CRM related information to the team.
REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in a business discipline.
At least 5 years of experience within a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) department.
Sales experience within a manufacturing company preferred.
Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating and deploying solutions to end users
Ability to interpret complex information and display useful output charts/graphs.
Ability to professionally communicate with others both verbally and in writing.
Proficient use of personal computer and other supporting business equipment is a must.
High comfort level on use of the Microsoft Suite of products (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus.
High degree of time management and self-structure required.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and maintain both a proactive and positive attitude.
The base pay for this position ranges from $80,000 - $95,000 annually with a target performance bonus of 10% of an employee's annual base salary.
