Job Description
Salary: $15.00
Transporting patients and clients utilizing company
vehicles in a safe and professional manner
Effective communicates with dispatch regarding
schedule progress and to receive instructions
Maintain a professional image, interaction, and attitude
regarding clients, visitors, and co-workers
Complete daily vehicle pre-trip and post trip inspections
and maintain vehicle cleanliness
Checking the fuel, oil, transmission fluid, wiper fluid,
coolant, tires and reporting any needed repairs
Transporting patients to and from medical facilities via
Wheelchair
Must understand instructions in English (both written
and spoken)
Must be able to understand and operate GPS devices, 2
way radios, and cell phones
Perform all duties as assigned by Lakeside Medical
Response
Must be physically able to step up and down steps, safely
secure clients for transport and transport wheelchair
patients on paved and unpaved surfaces
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by
attending educational workshops and reviewing
professional publications
Must be able to accurately complete activity logs vehicle
reports
