Job Description

Under general supervision, the Custodian is responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of the community per established policies, procedures, Company standards of quality, cleanliness, resident satisfaction, safety and security, and regulatory agency requirements. Demonstrates and promotes service excellence and patient confidentiality at all times. 

Shift:

Saturday-Wednesday, 7:30AM-3:30PM 

Tuesday-Saturday, 7:30AM-3:30PM

Pay: $17.50-20.50

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

Education –

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience/Training –

Minimum of one year previous janitorial/custodial or housekeeping experience preferred.

Knowledge

The standard methods, materials, and equipment employed in custodial work and safe work practices relating to custodial equipment and cleaning agents;

Knowledge of floor cleaning machines.

Methods, materials, tools, and standard practices for cleaning and maintaining public buildings

Preparation, use, and disposal of chemical cleaning agents

Appropriate use of cleaning agents for varied surface types

Safety procedures when cleaning and moving furniture
