The Custodian shall perform all cleaning duties required to maintain clean and orderly facilities.
Valid Drivers License, Cellular Phone Ability to perform manual work to include bending, climbing, lifting and pulling and ability to exert 10 to 15 pounds frequently and greater than 15 pounds on an infrequent basis
Flexibility, self-motivated, good communication skills, must maintain absolute confidentiality and privacy of information, ability to work as part of a team, knowledge of Knoxville area, and availability to work evening shift.

| Job Duty perform cleaning duties around assigned buildings which include areas such as classrooms, corridors, foyers, restrooms, dining hall, offices, lounges, conference rooms, restrooms, daycare, library, etc. |
| Job Duty sweep, vacuum, clean, dust, and mop floors |
| Job Duty complete required institutional, program accreditation and other reports necessary for the advancement of University programs, both on campus and at extended campus sites |
