Customer Service Representative/Clerical Support (Paid Opportunity)

Summary:

The Customer Service Representative/Election Worker will be an important part of the San Joaquin County Registrar of Voters Office. We are looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented candidates to join the staff to assist with ballot counting, vote by mail, election inquiries, setting up equipment and basic filing. Location- Stockton, CA.

This will be a quick project to help prepare for the upcoming General Election in November.

A lot of preparation work needs to be completed prior to the election.

• Looking to hire multiple candidates ASAP.
• No interview Required.
• 1st shift position with steady work
• Pay- 19/hr. Before taxes pay will be $3,000 per month
• If you have customer support, warehouse, clerical admin, stock clerk, call center or basic office skills you will do very well.

Qualifications:

• No direct Election worker experience needed.
• General clerical, warehouse, customer service and/or office work experience is ideal.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Customer service skills needed.

If you have customer support, warehouse, clerical admin, stock clerk, call center or basic office skills you will do very well. This is an entry level position so open to students as well as military vets.

Data Entry and Record Keeping

• Proficiency in entering, updating, and maintaining records in spreadsheets or databases with attention to detail.

Time Management and Multitasking

• Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently, such as processing shipments while managing paperwork or assisting with office duties.

Customer Service and Communication

• Clear and professional interaction with internal teams, vendors, or customers, both in person and via phone or email.

Inventory Management

• Ability to track, organize, and maintain inventory levels accurately (Documents and all items including tables, chairs and voting machines at polling sites)
