Position: Customer Service Representative – Outreach & Engagement Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with the public at live events , representing nonprofit and advocacy campaigns.
Communicate mission-driven messages with empathy, clarity, and enthusiasm .
Foster lasting relationships with donors, supporters, and community members.
Collaborate with team members to increase campaign visibility and impact .
Represent social causes with professionalism and authenticity in face-to-face settings.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for nonprofit work, advocacy, or social impact causes .
Positive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to help others.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, people-facing role .
No experience required — paid training is provided.
Must be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
