Responsibilities:

* Supervising and improving the performance of front and back-office staff.
* Conducting regular office meetings and touchpoints.
* Creating financial plans.
* Collecting treatment fees.
* Managing supplies and equipment.
* Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments.
* Seeking patient feedback.
* Processing vision insurance claims.
* Maintaining a positive rapport with dental insurance providers.

Qualifications:

* The Office Manager may also be responsible for setting up and sanitizing operatories, as required.
* 3+ years of experience as an Office Administrator in a Dental practice.
* High School Diploma or equivalent as a preference.
* Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Dedication to patient care and satisfaction.
