About the Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist is the implementer that keeps our Growth Engine running.

Youll work directly with our Marketing Director and collaborate with external design and paid media partners to execute across SEO, CRM, and campaign buildouts.

This is the role for someone whos gritty, curious, and hungry to grow a digital marketer who loves learning new tools, optimizing workflows, and solving real problems in motion.

Your focus will center on SEO , with added responsibility for CRM automations and paid campaign support.

What Youll Do

• Conduct technical SEO audits & implement on-page optimizations
• Publish & optimize content using Surfer, SEMrush, and Google Search Console
• Manage Google Business Profiles & local listings
• Build workflows, automations, and lead pipelines in GoHighLevel or client CRMs
• QA integrations, attribution, and tracking
• Support paid campaigns with landing pages, forms, and performance updates
• Collaborate with designers, media buyers, and the Marketing Director to execute flawlessly

What You Bring

• 24+ years in digital marketing (SEO, CRM, or campaign execution)
• Hands-on experience with SEMrush, Surfer, GoHighLevel, Google Analytics, WordPress, Canva
• A love for problem-solving, system-building, and continuous learning
• Attention to detail and pride in clean execution
• A humble, team-first mindsetyou take ownership and move fast
