Digital + Social Media Manager

Join Our Team at Butterfly Effects! Butterfly Effects is seeking a results-driven Social Media Manager who can do more than just publish and track content. We're looking for someone who can own the entire digital lifecycle-from strategy and creative execution to performance tracking and web support. You'll lead social content production, optimize paid campaigns, analyze digital performance metrics, and help maintain our WordPress website. This is an exciting opportunity to drive results in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

This full-time role is based onsite at our Deerfield Beach, Florida headquarters.

What Will You Be Doing?

Social Media & Digital Marketing Management

• Manage and maintain the production calendar for all social media content.
• Execute daily content launches across platforms and ensure visual and messaging consistency.
• Collaborate with the Creative Content Manager to ensure brand alignment.

Performance-Driven Campaign Execution

• Launch and monitor paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, display networks, and other sponsored ad platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools.
• Provide clear, actionable performance reports and dashboards to stakeholders.

WordPress & Website Support

• Support updates and content publishing within WordPress to ensure web pages align with active campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize landing pages and user journeys for lead generation.
• Assist with minor troubleshooting or coordinating external support when web issues arise.

Marketing Plan Execution

• Execute tactical components of the marketing plan on time and within budget.
• Work cross-functionally with Client Services, Clinical, and Creative teams to meet campaign goals.
• Serve as the internal point person for all social media activities and updates.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Partner with the Marketing Manager to ensure alignment between digital tactics and business goals.
• Recommend strategies based on campaign data to improve engagement and lead generation.
• Act as a central connector between creative production and marketing operations.

What Do You Bring to the Role?

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy roles.
• Demonstrated success managing paid and organic social media campaigns.

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display), Meta Ads Manager, and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout).
• Strong command of Google Analytics for campaign measurement and user behavior analysis.
• Experience updating and maintaining WordPress websites (content edits, plug-ins, basic troubleshooting).
• Familiarity with landing page optimization, A/B testing, and lead funnel analysis.
• Understanding of creative production workflows for video, graphics, and copy.

• Working knowledge of SEO and performance marketing best practices.
