A health services network in New York City is currently seeking an experienced Marketing professional to join their staff as in Manhattan / Westchester County as their new Director of Marketing.


About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: 3 days onsite, flexible choice of days

Responsibilities:


The Director, Donor Marketing will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of marketing professionals to drive donor engagement and acquisition
• Translating enterprise donor engagement directives into actionable plans at the divisional level
• Collaborating with enterprise and divisional teams to implement targeted marketing campaigns
• Evaluating campaign performance and proposing necessary adjustments
• Optimizing media relationships and expenditures to support strategic objectives
• Collaborating with corporate communications on media communication strategies
• Evaluating the effectiveness of local advertising opportunities and partnerships

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Marketing experience
• Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations •Experience managing a small team of marketers
• Experience in Pharma, Blood Donor, other Donor, or Hospital Marketing
• Experience managing a small team of marketers
• Experience working with multiple locations and remote teams
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to the blood business
