Job Summary and Qualifications

As the Director of Supply Chain Operations, you will oversee daily supply chain functions at the hospital, act as liaison with the Consolidated Service Center, manage inventory, vendor relationships, and supply expenses. You will be responsible for supply chain operations in the OR, develop policies, assess performance, and ensure staff training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all supply chain operations.
• Manage profit and loss for supply chain functions.
• Implement infrastructure projects, standardization programs, and supply chain initiatives.
• Coordinate and evaluate supply chain personnel.
• Drive supply improvement initiatives and standardize products.
• Manage implementation plans, mitigate risks, and monitor resources.
• Report performance metrics to leadership.
• Manage OR supply chain activities, collaborate with OR leadership, and optimize processes.
• Lead and manage surgical services staff as applicable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain, or healthcare-related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Five years of leadership experience and/or AD program graduate preferred.
