The Strategic Space System Division has an opening for a Director, Supply Chain Programs 1 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals to support our advanced programs located in Redondo Beach, CA. Responsibilities: Lead matrixed cross-functional organization of Global Supply Chain professionals to support business unit level requirements Responsible and accountable for the strategy, planning, and execution of all supply chain content for the Operating Unit Manage supplier relationships and support negotiations for major subcontract and procurement suppliers Coordinate planning, budget management, and execution of GSC content for the Operating Unit Responsible for career development, performance management, building strong teams, leading change, and solving complex problems Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years (8+ years with Master’s) of experience leading supply chain program execution and/or program management including strategy, planning, and execution of programs Minimum 4 years of management experience with a proven record of leading multi-functional integrated product teams Experience supporting large execution programs as well as new program pursuits Experience in aerospace/defense industry Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance Preferred Qualifications: Active Top Secret/SCI Clearances Masters of Business Administration/Supply Chain or related field International Business Experience Salary Range: $197,600 - $296,400 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
