In this dynamic role, you'll master the art of dispatching trucks, ensuring timely deliveries, and hitting top KPIs for safety and efficiency. You'll coordinate products, vehicles, and drivers, plan and route deliveries with precision, and keep real-time tabs on trips. Adjust routes on the fly, update customers with delivery insights, and manage all logistics data seamlessly. Core Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

• High School Diploma or GED and one (1) year previous automotive freight dispatching experience
• Ability to learn technology and requirements for scheduling drivers
• Quick decision-making skills, especially under pressure
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills, including a pleasant phone demeanor
• Strong written communication skills demonstrating the ability to respond to email, prepare reports and correspondence, and other supplemental materials in a clear and concise manner
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to create reports, documents, and spreadsheets in MS Word and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
• Ability to effectively manage and execute multiple tasks, projects and priorities
• Math skills to include simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
• Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• SAP experience
• Basic understanding of Hours of Service (HOS) regulations
• Previous Electronic Logging Device (ELD) experience, Omnitracs
