This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader to drive operational excellence, foster client relationships, and ensure compliance in a healthcare technology environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) program, ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple sites. Serve as the primary client contact, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships and governance structures. Develop, mentor, and coach a diverse team, fostering professional growth across all levels. Oversee budget management and financial performance, assessing risks and opportunities, and communicating results to the client and senior management. Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing all safety programs and recommending changes as necessary. Maintain compliance with federal, state, local regulations, and company policies. Address and propose solutions for cybersecurity challenges to protect healthcare systems and data. Promote and support diversity initiatives within the workplace. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. 7+ years of management experience, particularly within a large healthcare environment. Proven track record in Healthcare Technology Management. Strong business acumen, decision-making abilities, and budget management skills.
