What We’re Looking For

· 2-5 years of retail leadership experience (preferably in cell phone or consumer electronics, but open to retail leaders from QSR and other industries).

· Multi-unit management experience – you know how to lead and scale success across multiple locations.

· Strong recruiter and mentor – you have a passion for finding and developing top talent.

· Proven track record of training and performance management – you know how to inspire results.

· Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed to support your team.

Compensation Package:

• A starting base salary of $55,000-$60,000
• An uncapped additional monthly commission for meeting and/or exceeding sales objectives

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between the headquarters and the area’s stores by making regular visits and interacting with management
• Be in charge of operational practices making sure that each store runs smoothly and meets projected revenues and sales estimates
• Coordinate with, report and make recommendations to senior management in order to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Ensure that each store delivers value and excellence to the clients
• Cultivate and grow a strong team of committed store managers that will maintain profit margins and implement business plan
• Ensure that all projects are executed profitably and in compliance to standardized business practices
• Apply innovative approaches and techniques to keep updated with competition
• Assist with inventory maintenance
• Participate in outside sales events or promotions
• Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goal
• Operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax
• Work in other locations as the needs of the business
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Stand for long periods of time
  

Requirements:

• 2+ years in retail leadership, preferably in the Wireless retail environment- Open to retail experience outside of telecom
• Multi-unit management Experience-Required.
• The ability to recruit and counsel staff.
• Experience training and evaluating employees.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
