Job Summary (List Format) for DocuSign CLM & eSign System Admin Administer and maintain DocuSign CLM and eSignature platforms to ensure high system uptime, performance, and scalability. Configure user roles, permissions, security policies, access controls, and authentication mechanisms (SSO, SAML, OAuth). Design, automate, and optimize contract workflows, approval templates, routing logic, and Smart Clauses within DocuSign CLM. Develop and manage API integrations between DocuSign CLM/eSignature and enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS, procurement, legal). Implement and enforce data security, encryption, compliance policies, and multi-factor authentication for DocuSign environments. Monitor system logs, audit trails, compliance reports, and conduct regular security audits and penetration testing. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user training for DocuSign CLM and eSignature users. Serve as a technical liaison among internal IT teams, business stakeholders, third-party vendors, and DocuSign support. Document system configurations, workflows, and best practices for implementation and continuous improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest DocuSign features, industry standards, and proactively recommend process improvements.
