A Middle School English-Language Arts teaching opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year in Orangeburg, SC. This contract position offers a full-time schedule, providing a rewarding environment to engage and inspire young learners in Grades 6-8.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive English-Language Arts instruction aligned with state standards.
• Design and implement lesson plans that foster critical thinking and literacy skills.
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and projects to tailor instruction.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support student development in Science and Social Studies.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
• Communicate regularly with parents and staff regarding student performance and needs.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification in General Education, with proficiency in English-Language Arts.
• Experience in middle school education, especially with interdisciplinary curriculum in Science and Social Studies.
• Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
• Ability to create engaging and differentiated learning experiences.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
