Industrial Electrical Estimator

Location : West Milwaukee/West Allis

Compensation : $90K-$110K

A well-established and growing organization is seeking an Electrical Estimator to join our team. This role is critical in supporting their design-build and design-assist estimating efforts, focusing on industrial electrical projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on industrial electrical experience and a strong ability to assess incomplete project information to develop accurate estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop estimates based on limited project details, requiring deep industrial electrical knowledge.
• Analyze specifications, drawings, and pre-bid meetings to determine project scope.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate cost assessments.
• Utilize estimating software such as Revit, AccuBid, or comparable programs .
• Support project managers with detailed cost breakdowns and value engineering opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Industrial electrical experience is required —ideally at a journeyman level.
• Prior estimating experience preferred.
• Proficiency in electrical schematics, control wiring diagrams, and industrial applications .
• Ability to work onsite.
