Compensation: 54,000-61,000 per year

What are we looking for?
AnthroMed Education is actively seeking 3 energetic and dedicated School Social Workers to join our team for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year at one of our partner schools in Gurnee, IL. These Social Workers will support a caseload of Elementary students and will work alongside a team of other Social Workers within the district. This is a highly support team and overall district, apply today to learn more!

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct social work services to Elementary students, addressing their academic, social, and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with other social workers, teachers, parents, and other school professionals to develop and implement strategies to support students' overall well-being.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and challenges and develop individualized plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with the school community to create a positive and inclusive environment.
• Participate in relevant meetings, workshops, and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and educational trends.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s (MSW) or Doctoral degree in Social Work.
• Illinois PEL with an endorsement in Social Work.
• Previous experience with Elementary students is preferred, but not required.
