Responsibilities:

As an Enrolled Agent you will be expected to perform the following duties and responsibilities

• Correspondence with IRS/ State authorities by phone, email and/ or fax. Compliance Calls will also be required.
• File IRS Tax Programs (Fresh Start Programs etc.). Ability to fight for the client’s best resolution.
• Highly proficient in IRM and IRC
• Provide clear direction to Case Managers to keep the resolution workflow and process moving forward.
• Task driven case load with the ability to manage assigned pipeline.
• Remove Garnishments, IRS Levy, or federal tax liens.
• Proficiency with Franchise Tax Board
• Proficiency with preparing and filing Offer in Compromise
• Ability to assist team and educate best practices relating to the completion of Form 433-A & 433-B
• Experience with Revenue Officer Representation and Trust Fund Recovery Penalties
• Vast knowledge in tax compliance, including estimated tax payments and federal tax deposits.
• Experience in business and personal IRS representation
• Ability to train staff and coordinate alongside case managers for optimal resolution outcomes.
• Communicate and interact effectively with Sales Director and Team Leads
• Familiarity with IRS appeals, advisory and taxpayer advocate
• Familiarity with IRS notices and action to take in response.
• Familiarity with IRS transcripts: account, wage and income, record of account, tax return, business wage reports
• Reports directly to our Director of Operations.

Requirements:

• IRS Enrolled Agent License (MUST)
• Minimum 2+ years as an Enrolled Agent (Preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, time management & organizational skills
• Highly Motivated, Self-Starting individuals with a money-making mindset.
• Ability to work with customized CRM- (IRS Logics)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to close between 60-90 ACS cases per month.

Compensation:

• 80k-95k Base + comp details (DOE)
