Associate Architect

WHO WE ARE:
Delta Construction and Electric Company is a General Construction Company established in 1971. We have continued to grow and expand in a wide range of fields over the past 50 years, covering everything from industrial industries, solar projects, high rise offices, multi-use condominiums, and commercial manufacturing projects.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a part-time Entry Level Associate Architect. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Revit and CAD software. The Associate Architect will work closely with our project management team, contributing to the design and development of various commercial projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 
  Collaborate with the project management team to develop architectural designs and plans.
• Produce detailed drawings and construction documents using Revit and CAD software.
• Ensure that designs comply with relevant codes and regulations.
• Participate in site visits to assess project progress and ensure alignment with design specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for clients and internal teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 
  Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial architecture preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit and CAD software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Part-time - 2 days per week.
Pay: Competitive, based on experience.
